Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you shop with be·subtl. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
be·subtl pieces are released in limited runs and printed to order. Colours and print may vary slightly from screen images due to monitors and the nature of garment printing. Stock is limited and not guaranteed to restock.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Delivery timeframes are set out on our Shipping page. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, artwork, names and the be·subtl brand are owned by be·subtl and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, be·subtl is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
